Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, grated onion, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Mix until well combined.
Add the cumin, coriander, cinnamon, allspice, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly to ensure even distribution of spices.
Divide the mixture into 8 portions and shape each into a long, cylindrical meatball around a skewer, if using.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or a skillet over medium heat. Brush the kofta with olive oil to prevent sticking.
Grill or pan-fry the kofta for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
