Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh mango peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup tequila
  • 1/4 cup lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tbsp triple sec
  • 2 tbsp simple syrup or to taste
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 lime wedge for rimming the glass
  • 1 tbsp coarse salt for rimming the glass
  • 1 mango slice for garnish

Method
 

  1. Prepare the glass by running a lime wedge around the rim and dipping it in coarse salt. Set aside.
  2. In a blender, combine the diced mango, tequila, lime juice, triple sec, simple syrup, and ice. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the blended mixture into the prepared glass. Garnish with a slice of mango on the rim.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing mango margarita!
