Instructions
In a bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, thyme, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well mixed.
Place the lamb chops in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the lamb, ensuring each chop is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or up to 8 hours for more intense flavor.
Preheat your grill or a large skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the lamb chops from the marinade and let excess drip off. Discard the marinade.
Grill or pan-sear the lamb chops for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
Let the chops rest for a few minutes before serving to allow the juices to redistribute.
Notes
Chef's Tips:• For a deeper flavor, marinate the lamb chops overnight.• Avoid overcooking to maintain juiciness; use a meat thermometer to check doneness.• Serve with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice for an extra zesty kick.Food Safety:• Always marinate in the refrigerator to prevent bacterial growth.• Do not reuse marinade that has been in contact with raw meat.
