Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, about 3-5 minutes using an electric mixer.
Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and peppermint extract until well combined. Be careful not to deflate the whipped cream.
If using, add the green food coloring and mix until the desired color is achieved.
Fold in the mini chocolate chips evenly throughout the mixture.
Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan or freezer-safe container. Cover with plastic wrap or a lid and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
Once frozen, scoop and serve. Garnish with fresh mint leaves for an added aesthetic touch.
