- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Form the mixture into meatballs about 1.5 inches in diameter. You should get around 16 meatballs.
- Place the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Remove from the oven and let the meatballs rest for 5 minutes before serving.
