Instructions
Separate the garlic cloves and peel them. For oil preservation, place peeled cloves in a sterilized jar and cover completely with olive oil. Seal the jar and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 months.
For vinegar preservation, place peeled cloves in a sterilized jar and cover completely with white vinegar. Seal the jar and store in a cool, dark place for up to 6 months.
To dry garlic, slice peeled cloves thinly and spread them out on a baking sheet. Dry in a low-temperature oven (150°F) for 2-3 hours until completely dry. Store in an airtight container.
