  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup fresh orange juice, 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, 1 clove minced garlic, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon black pepper until well combined.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. For a smoother dressing, you can blend the ingredients in a blender or food processor for about 30 seconds.
